BOOK A Private Studio TINTYPE SHOOT

Studio shoots allow for more control of lighting, privacy, and sets and costumes. While we shoot with natural light in the pharmacy museum courtyard and outdoors, studio shoots make use of Strobe lighting. (think a bright flash of light as opposed to holding still for 5 seconds).

Portrait sessions start at $250 for the Photo Booth Special: that is 4 plates of a similar pose (you can change outfits) with the portrait lens capturing approximately belt to hat. ideal for solo or duos, (three can fit in landscape orientation). note: like a Photo Booth, some of these plates may be goofy. it is up to you to sit still or make the face you want :)

Note: if you intend to use this shoot for a professional reason (head shot, musician photo, etc.) please choose this option per pose. out of the four plates you will use the best one.

full body/background and set: $500+ per shoot. tell us your dream setup and choose two poses. we will shoot 8 plates. additional costs may occur for elaborate sets.

other prices:

Tintype scans - $40/plate - plates will be digitized and optimized for both web and high resolution printing

Pets welcome - $25 fee added to shoot.
